Job Brief:

The Web Devops Engineer will support the Web Marketing and Engineering teams with infrastructure and DevOps. This individual will play a key role in managing CI/CD processes (via GitLab and Argo CD), deployments across a variety of hosting providers (including AWS, Netlify, Vercel, and Acquia), and contribute to day to day operational support for Drupal-based web applications. The ideal candidate has a blend of experience with hosting platforms, devops technologies, and web-based content management systems (particularly Drupal).

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain and strategize CICD solutions on CICD platforms such as GitLab, ArgoCD,
etc.
Develop and deploy application tooling: logging, monitoring and reporting tools such
as: Prometheus, Grafana, Cloudwatch, Logstash etc.
Maintaining and monitoring containerized applications on Kubernetes
Cloud platforms champion: become a resource for multiple organizations on helping define
architecture, strategies
Supporting Marketing teams: this role is a key aspect of our ability to deliver marketing
and engineering web applications
Work with internal Security team to develop and maintain security best practices
Deploy Infrastructure ready to meet cloud posture compliance such as CIS, STIG etc.
Deploy web applications in a variety of hosting environments (including US federally
certified environments).

Requirements:

5+ experience with Cloud Platforms, specifically AWS, Acquia, Netlify, Vercel, etc.
5+ years of experience with open source projects and code, such as linux and unix operating
systems, Bash, python, Go
3+ years of experience on CICD platforms such as ArgoCD, GitLab, etc.
3+ years of experience on Kubernetes platforms
3+ years of experience working with web-based content management systems and/or applications
(PHP, MySQL, and Drupal preferred)
Strong communication skills and a team player comfortable interacting with various internal
and external groups.
