**_Insulation Installer- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP_** **_Location: Sioux Falls, SD_** **_Pay: $21/hour_** **_Hours: Monday-Friday, 6 am- 4 pm_** _Join our team as an Insulation Installer where you will work in commercial buildings installing various types of insulation. This role involves working in attics and small spaces, requiring comfort with ladders, crawling, and working on your hands and knees. Our projects are typically within a 60-mile radius, but occasional travel for larger projects is required. When traveling, accommodations are provided, and a daily per diem for meals is included._ **_Responsibilities:_** + _Install insulation in commercial, multi-family, industrial, and residential new build homes._ + _Work efficiently in small and large crews, adapting to the size of the project._ + _Travel with the crew to job sites, ensuring timely arrival and preparation for the day's tasks._ + _Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment._ **_Essential Skills:_** + _Experience with insulation installation, including batted insulation and spray foam._ + _Comfortable operating a spray gun; experience in automotive or house painting is beneficial._ + _Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for enhanced compensation opportunities._ **_Additional Skills & Qualifications:_** + _Preferred: At least 6 months of experience in the construction field._ + _Experience in machine shop or farming is advantageous._ + _Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team._ **_Why Work Here?_** _We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for rapid advancement.
