Job Description The Electronics Repair Technician/Sales Associate is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing customer devices in a timely manner while delivering exceptional customer service. This role also involves upselling
Asurion Tech Care products and accessories.
Key Responsibilities - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices.
- Recommend effective solutions and explain repair options clearly.
- Communicate technical issues in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Provide accurate repair and replacement estimates.
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards.
- Promote and sell Asurion Tech Care products and accessories.
- Greet customers warmly and maintain a positive store environment.
- Answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Track devices, repairs, and inventory accurately.
- Use the point-of-sale system to maintain customer and repair records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store appearance.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences that exceed expectations.

Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications - CompTIA A+ Certification.
- WISE Certification*
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
- Experience repairing smartphones, PCs, Macs, and gaming consoles.
- Technical degree or certification in electronics.
- Prior experience in a retail electronics environment.
- Bilingual (strongly preferred).
- WISE Certification will be provided.
