Join a close-knit dental team where family, flexibility, and quality care come first. Gateway Dentistry is a locally loved, full-service family dental practice serving the Kamas Valley community. We’re located about an hour east of Salt Lake City and just outside Park City, perfect for someone who enjoys small-town charm with easy access to mountain recreation.

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who’s friendly, dependable, and excited to grow with us! This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to move into a full-time role by April 2026. We’re open to both experienced assistants and motivated individuals eager to learn, we’re happy to train the right person.

What You’ll Do:

• Support our dentists and hygienists chairside during patient care
• Assist with sterilization, operatory setup, and patient flow
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Help with hygiene overflow and double hygiene days
• Occasionally help with front office tasks, treatment coordination, or phone support as needed

Office Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Two Wednesdays off per month (orthodontist days)
• Family-friendly flexibility: doctor and team are very accommodating with school events and family commitments!

What we are looking for:

• Friendly, positive, and a great communicator
• Enjoys working with patients of all ages (we’re a true family practice)
• Team-oriented, flexible, and dependable
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy, supportive environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly range: $15–$20+ (based on experience and certifications)
• PTO eligibility
