We are currently seeking a WFH Customer Service Representative to join Lehman Website Design and Marketing. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and building lasting relationships. This role will involve working remotely from home.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Handling customer complaints, issues, and escalations in a professional manner
• Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Salary & Benefits:
