Schedule: Night shifts with a start time between 10 PM - 2 AM including every weekend. Moving Violations: No Careless or Reckless driving in the last 12 months while holding a Class A CDL (POV or CMV) No Careless or Reckless driving in the last 6 months while holding a regular license No 15 MPH over in the last 12 months while holding a Class A CDL (POV or CMV) No 15 MPH over in the last 6 months while holding a regular license No Failure to obey has to be 12 months old while holding a Class A CDL (POV or CMV) No Failure to obey has to be 6 months while holding a regular license Leaving the scene of an accident must be outside of 2 years as long as the Driver did not hold a Class A CDL. Improper or erratic lane change outside of 12 months while holding a Class A CDL (POV or CMV) Improper or erratic lane change outside of 6 months while holding a regular license No following too close within the past 12 months while holding a Class A CDL (POV or CMV) No DUI/DWI’s in the last 5 years Automatic DQ’s: recent at fault rollover in the past year & No failed D.O.T alcohol/drug test lifetime

FELONIES:
