Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Traffic Manager in Irvine, California, where you will serve as a key consultant and subject matter expert, ensuring marketing projects are delivered on time and within scope. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain alignment with strategic goals while managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of growth campaign strategies by collaborating with internal stakeholders and aligning project execution with marketing objectives. - Act as the primary consultant and subject matter expert to ensure strategies are accurately executed and meet desired outcomes. - Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets, to ensure smooth project delivery. - Communicate consistently with stakeholders to provide updates and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor project scope and address any potential risks or changes to ensure goals are met effectively. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the completion of deliverables within established deadlines. - Ensure all projects adhere to budget constraints and maintain accountability for financial resources. - Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite to track progress, organize information, and document project outcomes. - Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging clear communication and teamwork among all participants. - Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements to optimize future campaigns. Requirements - Proven experience in managing marketing projects, including campaign implementation and stakeholder collaboration using Workfront - Strong communication skills to effectively convey project goals and updates to diverse teams. - Proficiency in budget management and ensuring projects remain within financial constraints. - Ability to manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables while staying accountable to project deadlines. - Expertise in utilizing tools like Microsoft Office Suite to support project tracking and documentation. - Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies. - Skilled in identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain project scope. - Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and foster a team-oriented environment.
