The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are excited to announce our search for a full-time, on-site Recruiter   for our office at T ampa, FL ! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by identifying and developing new business through the full desk sales and recruiting services in an assigned territory.

1. Crafts compelling job descriptions and advertise job openings on appropriate platforms.
2. Utilizes marketing and branding strategies to attract top talent.
3. Conducts proactive talent searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
4. Screens and interviews potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with clients.
5. Presents qualified candidates to clients, emphasizing their suitability for the roles.
6. Coordinates and facilitates interviews, client feedback and offers.
7. Manages salary negotiations and facilitate the offer process.
8. Prospects for new job orders through outside sales, cold calling, networking, marketing, presentations, and follow-up communications.
9. Screens prospects to identify qualified leads for new business development.
10. Learns client’s businesses to determine needs, wants, and budget to effectively apply knowledge of FrankCrum Staffing services and find innovative solutions.
11. Negotiates and closes orders.
12. Manages accounts by building and maintaining client relationships to achieve work-related goals.
13. Maintains written documentation of sales and reports activity.
14. Focuses on results and self-evaluates performance to improve sales results.
15. Travels to office and worksite locations of potential and current clients.
16. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include knowledge of business-to-business staffing sales. A b achelor’s degree in human resources or business preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is required. Two (2) years of recruiting and/or staffing industry experience is required. Active Florida driver license is required.
