Johnson County Community College Position, Department: Strength Coach Instructor, Human Resources
Type of Position: Adjunct Faculty, Exempt
Work Schedule, Hours per week: Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 12:00-1:00 pm, Wednesdays, from 11:00 am -12:00 pm., hours per week
Pay Range: Determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Position Summary: Are you passionate about fitness, health, community and helping others achieve their goals? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Coach to join our incredible team at JCCC.
Required Qualifications: What We're Looking For:
Experience in personal training, weightlifting and group class instruction.
Strong knowledge of strength training.
Ability to plan and lead high-quality, challenging, and safe workouts for all levels.
Passion for building relationships and creating personalized experiences for members.
Commitment to ongoing professional development as a coach.
Some Responsibilities Include:
Leading group classes with energy, professionalism and expertise.
Responding to member needs and fostering a supportive environment for JCCC employees.
Preferred Qualifications: ACE, NASM CPT or another Certified Personal Trainer credential
