Job Description

Position: Stonebranch UAC Admin

Location: Remote

An experienced Administrator for Stonebranch Universal Automation Center (UAC), responsible for managing and maintaining existing environment. Managing environment end to end, maintaining major/minor upgrades for application, check feasibility for new scheduling requirement, good understanding for application environment for scheduling. Ensuring all teams can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.

Candidate will work closely with the Scheduling and Application team ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, serve as a coach and mentor to our team helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently..

This includes responsibility for:

  • Good knowledge of IT environments
  • Familiarity with cloud, on-prem infrastructure, or DevOps concepts is recommended
  • Universal Automation Center Administrator with hands-on experience and Automation Center for Operators knowledge
    • Workflow and Task Designing
    • Agents, Connections, and Integrations management
    • User Management
    • Maintaining Monitoring, Forecasting, Backup/restoration and Reporting
    • Lifecycle Management and Administration for app
    • Create, assign, and remove Business Services to and from UAC objects
    • Building Universal Extensions (Advanced/Optional)
      • Using Stonebranch SDK and VS Code Plug-in
      • Develop and Debug Universal Extensions

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Stonebranch UAC Admin.
  • Strong knowledge of SB-UAC-BA-6.4-Automation Center Basics for Developers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Teams collaboratively

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
