Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. 
  • Greet each customer with same respect and acknowledgement.
  • Prepare beverage selections to recipe standards and customer requests. 
  • Properly use equipment, espresso machine, blender and oven 
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines. 
  • Put the customer first anticipate customer's needs, champion for the customer
  • Suggest and be knowledgeable on new drinks or food items available.
  • Communicate effectively and candidly with clear direction when approached. 
  • Learn the proper way to make drinks per customers allergies or preferences.
  • Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
  • Notify management of customer or employee accidents.
  • Clean up spills, wipe down counters, sanitize equipment daily.
  • Cross train in different department if needed.
