Howland Company, Inc. is a high-end residential General Contractor seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a full-time position in Boston and the Western Suburbs. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in residential construction and knowledge of all elements of the home building process. This is a great opportunity to work with an established team of carpenters, project managers and job supervisors on award-winning projects designed by New England's premier architecture and design firms.
The Site Supervisor is the point person on the jobsite, managing and directing tasks of all crew members and subcontractors on site to ensure efficiency and productivity. The role of the Site Supervisor is to provide on-site support to ensure that the project is executed in line with the agreed schedule and budget. The Site Supervisor needs to have a high level of carpentry skills along with the managerial skills to actively manage and supervise all jobsite crew members, including subcontractors.

$38-65/hr depending on experience.
We have offices in Boston, Sherborn and South Dartmouth and we work on projects throughout Greater Boston and the South Coast. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work with daily access to a vehicle.
