Job Description

We are currently looking to fill a Service Technician position with a company specializing in gutter installation.

Hours: 7:30am-when complete (some overtime required)

Pay: During probationary period (90 days): $17-$18/hr. Afterward, commission-based structure with potential earnings ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 annually.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Begin each day by cleaning and organizing install trucks, loading materials, and receiving installation instructions from sales personnel.
• Travel efficiently to and from job sites while adhering to company standards and traffic regulations.
• Manage job sites, installations, and customer interactions with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Cooperate with designated crew leaders and fellow installers, maintaining a positive attitude and working collaboratively.
• Adhere strictly to installation instructions and company standards, communicating any concerns or changes to management.
• Conduct thorough post-installation checks for cleanliness, tool accountability, and paperwork accuracy.
• Handle paperwork and monetary transactions responsibly.
• Securely lock up installation trucks and the shop at the end of each day.
• Attend training meetings as scheduled by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is essential.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, including drills, saws, tape measures, and levels.
• Ability to work comfortably on ladders, including step and extension ladders, and occasionally on roofs with harnesses.
• Physical capability to climb ladders, maneuver in tight spaces, and lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
