Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of complex web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and other .NET technologies.
  • Design, implement, and manage relational databases in SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
  • Develop highly interactive and responsive user interfaces utilizing advanced HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript techniques.
  • Collaborate with product management, UX designers, and other developers to deliver integrated and seamless solutions.
  • Implement and maintain robust RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange between various systems.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and promote best development practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools, making recommendations for their adoption to improve development efficiency and product quality.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior and mid-level developers.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of extensive, hands-on experience in full-stack web development with the Microsoft .NET platform.
  • Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and/or ASP.NET Web API.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, including database administration, complex T-SQL, and performance tuning.
  • Strong skills in modern front-end development: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less a plus).
  • Experience with client-side frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Proficient in ORM technologies like Entity Framework Core.
  • Expert-level understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Proven ability to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or B2B industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud development environments (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies.
