A Day in the Life:

At STERIS in San Diego, you'll be working alongside dedicated professionals ensuring that every piece of equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. Begin with structured weekdays training before settling into a consistent Sunday to Thursday routine.

Tasks You'll Tackle:

• Engage in comprehensive troubleshooting to make key systems reliable and efficient.
• Train and guide teammates while also learning from them, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, balancing urgent needs with strategic improvements.
• Enforce safety protocols rigorously to preserve team health and safety.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Maintenance Manager, showcasing adaptability.

What You Bring:

• A recognized degree with substantial industry experience.
• Effective communication skills and a meticulous approach to system diagnostics.
• A background in PLCs is invaluable, along with skills in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
