Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to bring big ideas to life across out-of-home, social, and digital channels. This is an ongoing contract role based in Toronto on a hybrid schedule. Experience designing for sports or entertainment brands is a major asset.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of integrated campaigns across OOH, social media, and digital platforms.

• Concept and develop creative that elevates brand visibility and engagement across multiple touchpoints.

• Adapt creative across a variety of formats, ensuring consistency and quality from large-scale installations to mobile-first executions.

• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, strategists, and production teams to translate briefs into high-impact visuals.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, brand standards, and technical specifications.

• Present concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders, incorporating feedback with agility.

• Stay up-to-date on sports, entertainment, and design trends to inform and inspire creative work.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong focus on 360 campaigns (OOH, social, digital).

• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality work for sports and/or entertainment brands strongly preferred.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency with Figma or other collaborative design tools.

• Solid understanding of layout, typography, motion/animation basics, and responsive design principles.

• Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect, on-brand creative in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in hybrid or cross-functional teams.

• Self-starter who thrives under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
