Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Modeler Senior to support the MF EBM implementation, focusing on cross-division data priorities. This role will involve supporting MF data flow to EBM/Nexus Processing, which is critical for consumers in other divisions. The position will contribute to long-term projects spanning 3-5 years, including initiatives such as the Finance Roadmap, Regulatory Reporting, Enterprise Risk Capital Framework (ERCF), CROS, ERM, and ICM. The ideal candidate will possess strong data modeling expertise, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Support the MF EBM implementation to address cross-division data priorities and consumer needs.
• Transition work from EBM resources to the MF EBM team, including creating and managing the 10-tab EBM Model input template.
• Perform analysis to support model governance efforts, such as enum standardization, governance, key attribute profiling, and solutioning.
• Collaborate with the data modeling team to capture requirements and produce data models and schemas for MF product teams.
• Analyze consumer processes, needs, and data requirements, mapping to MFLDM, and creating workflows, state-charts, and event definitions.
• Develop MFLDM sub-models for consumer data needs and provide input to EBM model development.
• Work with cross-division teams and the MF Data Architecture/Modeling manager to ensure alignment with MFLDM.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on data modeling experience with a strong understanding of data modeling and database design tools (team uses ER Studio).
• Proficiency in manipulating data and data mapping tools (team uses XMLSpy).
• Strong understanding of workflows, statecharts, and data profiling.
• Ability to connect business concepts and work effectively across cross-functional business areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae.

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour on C2C

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
