Salary: $101,157 - 131,824 per year Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on delivery teams.
• Proficient in writing unambiguous requirements, simplifying complex topics into testable elements.
• Strong facilitation abilities; capable of leading discussions to maintain focus and achieve decisions.
• Skills in process mapping; able to diagram steps, roles, and transitions clearly.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence; organized and searchable maintenance of work.
• Experience in regulated environments, respecting privacy, security, and documentation standards—especially within healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills; able to produce clear notes and ensure follow-through, capturing details that others might overlook.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery by conducting interviews and workshops, asking the right questions to capture essential insights.
• Write clear and concise requirements, breaking down large needs into manageable components.
• Create epics and user stories, delineating larger works into smaller, testable units.
• Develop acceptance criteria, establishing straightforward pass/fail rules to indicate task completion.
• Document and map business processes, outlining the current state while designing an improved future state, identifying gaps, handoffs, risks, and controls.
• Manage the backlog, ensuring it remains organized, current, and easy to understand.
• Support delivery by assisting the team in planning work cycles, removing obstacles, and maintaining clarity in scope.
• Maintain accuracy in Jira and Confluence, ensuring that entries are well-organized, with clear reasoning behind decisions and developments.
• Contribute to testing by defining test cases, overseeing data checks, and managing final testing with users, as well as triaging defects.
• Adhere to privacy and security guidelines to protect sensitive health or personal data.
