About the Role:We are seeking an experienced
Senior SAP MM/LE Consultant to lead onsite delivery of SAP projects, including
S/4HANA upgrade and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE), strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in both ECC 6.0 and HANA environments. A
PMP or Agile certification is preferred, as this role requires managing project timelines, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP MM/LE functional design, configuration, and implementation across enterprise projects.
- Drive S/4HANA upgrade and implementation efforts, ensuring seamless transition from ECC 6.0.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members and offshore resources.
- Partner with cross-functional SAP teams (SD, EWM, Finance, etc.) to enable integrated solutions.
- Manage issue resolution, change requests, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure best practices, compliance, and quality standards are followed.
Qualifications- 5–10 years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0 in MM/LE.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HANA.
- Strong expertise in SAP Logistics (SD/MM) and SAP MM functional areas.
- Broad experience in SAP Functional consulting (configuration, design, support).
- Proven track record as an onsite lead managing SAP upgrade/implementation project.
- PMP or Agile certification (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills- Experience with SAP EWM (2–5 years).
- Previous S/4HANA implementation project experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex business requirements.

Pay Range: $70/hr. to $80/hr. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
