Must have: FI with sales commission management experience and data conversion with respect to commission.
The consultant will be responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP FICO processes with a strong focus on Sales Commission Management. The role involves managing commission-related configurations, validating financial postings, and ensuring accurate integration with SD/Commission modules. The candidate will work on data conversion activities related to commission structures, historical commission data, and reconciliation. They will collaborate with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver end-to-end solutions. The role also includes preparing documentation, conducting testing, and supporting go-live activities. Strong analytical skills and prior project experience in commission-related FICO functionalities are required.
