Job Description

As a Sales Engineer at Clear Capital, you’ll partner with our Sales team to support customers throughout the technical side of the sales process. You’ll help showcase our products, answer technical questions, and make sure customers feel confident in how Clear Capital can support their goals.

This is a great role for someone looking to build a career in technical sales. You’ll gain exposure to our products, work directly with customers, and develop the skills to eventually own full technical leadership of the sales cycle.

What You Will Work On
  • Customer Support in Sales Meetings – Join Sales on customer calls, listen to their needs, and help answer technical questions.
  • Product Demonstrations – Assist with preparing and delivering demos that highlight Clear Capital’s products and solutions.
  • Integration Assistance – Work with Sales and Customer Success to gather technical requirements and track progress toward implementation.
  • Learning Our Products – Build expertise in property data, valuation tools, and Clear Capital’s APIs so you can support customer conversations.
  • Industry Familiarity – Stay aware of trends in real estate, mortgage, and property data to better understand customer needs.
  • Collaboration – Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
Who We Are Looking For

What You Can Expect
  • Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $74,000- $90,500 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
