HireNow Staffing is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join a leading healthcare facility in Everett, WA , within their General Medicine unit serving patients with medical-surgical and psychiatric care needs. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs looking to grow in a dynamic, patient-centered environment with full relocation support available.
Position Overview:
As a MedSurg/Psych RN , you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population. You'll be part of an integrated team managing acute medical needs while supporting behavioral health challenges with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer treatments
Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and social workers
Document all care provided in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Washington (or eligible to obtain)
Minimum 1 year of experience in MedSurg, inpatient psych, or acute care preferred
BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Passion for serving patients with both physical and mental health needs
