Role Overview

As a Remote Client Service Representative , you will be the first point of contact for clients engaging with Rektio Accounting. You will provide outstanding customer support, respond to inquiries, and ensure every client interaction reflects professionalism, efficiency, and care.

This is a remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a growing accounting firm from anywhere in the United States.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
  • Provide professional, clear, and friendly support to clients
    regarding accounting and service-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications in Rektio's CRM and accounting systems.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including documentation and account setup.
  • Support scheduling, client follow-ups, and internal team coordination.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to escalate and resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Provide feedback to management on ways to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of customer service or receptionist experience (remote experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using CRM or accounting platforms.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, etc.).
  • A self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and client-focused service.

Compensation:
