Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital Phoenix is seeking a dynamic and talented Recreation / Music Therapists to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.

Certification or licensure by state and/or national governing body in of the following areas: Recreation, Music Therapy or Expressive Arts.CTRS,  MT-BC or REAT Required.

The Recreation / Music Therapist is responsible for planning and implementing discipline specific therapeutic services for assigned program, which involves defining and implementing treatment goals as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and providing continuous patient care, observation, interaction, and role modeling to patients.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Music, or Recreation Therapy, or related therapeutic discipline required.
• One (1) year of related experience, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding of mental illness, preferred.
• Certification or licensure by state and/or national governing body in of the following areas: Recreation, Music Therapy or Expressive Arts.CTRS,  MT-BC or REAT Required.
• Level 1 fingerprint clearance card or able to obtain.
