Private Equity Analyst 

About the Role

The  Analyst will join a private investment firm, in their Philadelphia office. This firm focuses on middle market, acquiring businesses in the healthcare sector. For more information about this firm, please apply to this job. 

Key Responsibilities

The Analyst will support senior investment professionals with specific responsibilities including:

• Investment committee materials preparation


• Third-party due diligence coordination


• Financial modeling and business analytics


• Budget and forecast support


• Some portfolio company finance/accounting work

Professional Experience & Qualifications

• 1.5 - 3 years of experience 


• Transaction Advisory Services or FP&A experience preferred


• QoE firm experience ideal for deal evaluation/execution exposure


• Healthcare industry experience a plus but not required


• Ideally, looking for candidates with deal experience in the lower middle market 


• LBO modeling preferred but strong accounting/finance fundamentals acceptable


• Bachelor's degree required

Salary

Salary is competitive, depending on experience. Total cash compensation ranges from $80,000 - $90,000 plus 10-20% bonus potential.
