Oral Surgeon needed in York, PA
We are representing a highly respected and successful Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice located in south-central Pennsylvania, currently seeking a motivated and skilled Oral Surgeon to join their expanding clinical team. This role offers a unique blend of clinical independence and collaborative support within a modern, well-equipped facility with a strong referral base and high patient demand.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Tiered Collections Model: Income is production-based, scaling with monthly collections. This incentivizes growth and rewards high performance.
Guaranteed First-Year Salary: $33,333/month minimum guarantee during the first year or the higher of collections-based pay.
Student Loan Assistance: $2,000/month for the first year to help ease the financial transition.
Relocation Assistance: Available and negotiable.
Continuing Education: $2,500 annual CE stipend for advanced training, travel, and certification.
