A well-established and premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including, but not limited to, dental extractions, implant placement, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma management, and pathology.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and physicians to deliver comprehensive care. • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring clear communication and treatment options.
• Manage patient flow efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of care.
• Participate in practice growth initiatives, including maintaining and building relationships with referring professionals.
• Adhere to the ethical and professional standards of the practice.
• Assist in mentoring and guiding future associates, if applicable, once partnership is achieved.
Qualifications:
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Graduate of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery program.
• Valid state license to practice as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build relationships with patients, team members, and referring professionals.
• Desire to contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to a balanced professional and personal life.
