---**Key Responsibilities:**- 

Financial Reconciliation: Perform nightly financial audits, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.


Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

Reservation Management: Manage and update reservations, ensuring proper communication with guests regarding their bookings and special requests.

Cash Handling: Maintain accurate cash drawers and complete end-of-day reports, including processing credit card transactions and securing cash deposits.

Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel. Communicate any important issues or guest requests to morning staff.

Maintenance and Safety Checks: Conduct regular checks of hotel premises for safety and cleanliness, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities, incidents, and guest inquiries during the night shift. 

Security Monitoring: Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergencies following established procedures. 

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in hospitality or finance is a plus.- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles preferred.- Proficient with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). - Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.- Hotel Experience a plus (Marriott PMS- FOSSE)- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.- Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
