Employment Type: Full-Time (W2) / Hourly (Non-Exempt)

What You’ll Do

Sell new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory while working with and learning from an industry-leading sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate alignment with True Homes’ culture and values.
  • Assist in attracting and persuading prospects to build a True Home.
  • Execute the follow-up process with prospects and document all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Register all client visits and communication in CRM and provide timely follow-up.
  • Inspect communities, models, and signage to ensure a professional and inviting sales environment.
  • Engage with clients immediately upon entering the sales office to create a seamless experience.
  • Maintain consistent client communication, documenting interactions, and ensuring top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

  • Active state real estate license or willingness to enroll in a state-approved real estate licensing course (required).
  • 1+ years of quota-bearing, commission-based sales experience (required).
  • 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience (required).
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends on a regular basis (with two consecutive off days)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered environment.
  • Formal sales training, B2B experience, broker experience, and leadership experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Average Annual Sales Income: $150,000 - $300,000+
