Position Summary : We are seeking experienced and motivated Loan Officers to join our dynamic call center team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in originating second lien mortgages and HELOCs, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of success in the mortgage industry. Key Responsibilities : Originate second lien mortgages and HELOCs, as well as first mortgages when necessary. Manage leads provided through our CRM and auto-dialing system. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine appropriate loan products. Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly production targets. Qualifications : Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in mortgage origination, with a focus on second mortgages and HELOCs. Active NMLS license with preferred licensing in California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Texas, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Illinois, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Idaho. Strong understanding of mortgage products, including Non-QM and agency loan products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
