Key Responsibilities
-Perform advanced aesthetic services, including laser treatments, microneedling, and skin rejuvenation.
-Educate clients on customized skincare solutions and treatment plans to achieve optimal results.
-Utilize Aesthetics Pro for scheduling and client management.
-Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workspace in compliance with industry standards.
-Drive client retention and satisfaction through outstanding customer service. (This role includes commission-based opportunities.)

Qualifications
-Licensed Esthetician & Certified Laser Technician (Required)
-Experience performing laser treatments, microneedling, and advanced skincare procedures
-Strong sales and customer service skills with a track record of consulting and educating clients
-Experience with Aesthetics Pro or similar salon software for scheduling (Preferred)
-Knowledge of dermal fillers and injectables is a plus but not required
-Ability to build lasting client relationships and create personalized skincare regimens
