Central Coast Allergy and Asthma
LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse

Salinas & Monterey California•Full-time.
$31 - $40 hourly.

Central Coast Allergy and Asthma is seeking Full Time LVN’s to join our reputable specialty practices in Salinas and Monterey. We are looking for exceptional high-functioning LVN’s that have a genuine interest in helping patients.

LEAD LVN OPPORTUNITY ALSO AVAILABLE: LVN's who demonstrate a high level of acuity and understanding after the training phase will be considered for Lead Positions to lead the nursing department & Staff.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients. There is a high level of Spanish patient population and a high level of Spanish communication and interpretation every day. Spanish-speaking is essential.
• The LVN will read and interpret doctor’s orders correctly to perform testing & procedures.
• Documents thoroughly; all patient care, patient interactions.
• Triage patients over the phone.

Skills Required:

• LVN Lic, graduate from college or technical school.
• Must have excellent attendance and reliability and it must be of high importance to the candidate.
• Must rotate to our Monterey office 2x a week.
• High ability to multitask and exercise clinical judgement.

Pay:

• $31.00 - $40.00 hourly. Pay commensurates with experience. Starts with a probationary training rate.
