LA, USA + travel: Live-in Nanny (G3.5 & baby 4.months) - ASAP start (***USA passport/Green card + driver essential***)
Summer 2025 start in sunny California!! LA-based clients, a busy family are looking for a friendly, gentle, and nurturing Live-in Nanny to care for their two children; little girl, (b. 2022) and a baby who is currently 4-months-old. Both parents work and the role is a mix of shared share and sole charge with the parents very much involved in their children’s lives.
• The core working hours will be 08.00 - 19.00 with flexibility for working evenings and weekends if required (time off in lieu) with proxy parenting when the parents are travelling.
The nanny will be expected to have a good understanding and experience of working with children of a similar age, maintaining a good routine, and adapting this, as necessary. They should be a strong communicator and someone who respects boundaries knowing when to help and when to step back. The nanny will need to be very safety conscious and attentive to the children at all times.
The family live between Los Angeles as well as spending time at their country home which is 1.5 hours North of LA. The family travel a great deal and so a nanny who enjoys travelling and has experience of travelling with families is essential.
A driver is not essential but as this is LA, it would be helpful and if the nanny can drive, a car will be provided when working.
