Join Our Team as a Bartender

Atelier Restaurant, a Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurant, has moved to a new location and is looking for a passionate and skilled bartender to join our small, dedicated team.

We serve a hyper-seasonal, 12-course tasting menu that is constantly evolving, with new dishes and pairings introduced weekly. We will also be featuring a small, a la carte bar menu. We're looking for someone who is not only dedicated to their craft but also passionate about creating an exceptional and memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Craft classic and creative cocktails (including non-alcoholic) with precision.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of our wine list and spirit collection.
• Provide impeccable service and engage with guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Work closely with our Beverage Director Ali Martin, and Proprietor Tim Lacey to design cocktails as well as options for our Spirit-Free menu pairings.
• Closely follow recipes to prep any and all elements for cocktails and spirit-free options regularly as needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of fine dining bartending or mixology experience.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail techniques.
• Professional, dedicated, and eager to learn.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Paid vacation and flexible PTO.
• Health and dental insurance (50% employer paid) after 60 days.
