Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Youngstown, OH In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment. If you have a passion for troubleshooting and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
