Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to lead process optimization and lean manufacturing initiatives in a dynamic production environment. This mid-level role will be responsible for overseeing efficiency projects, conducting complex workflow analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support continuous production improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Six Sigma, AutoCAD, and poultry manufacturing processes.

Duties

• Lead efficiency improvement projects and analyze complex production workflows.
• Conduct root cause analyses and design process modifications to enhance productivity.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee cost reduction projects and provide solutions for capacity and layout challenges.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve yields.
• Design workflows and production processes to resolve bottlenecks and maximize reliability.
• Manage project deliverables ensuring scope, budget, and timeline compliance.
• Direct and enforce safety policies, standards, and ergonomics in all projects.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years in industrial engineering with a focus on process optimization.
• Proven experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience working in poultry processing or related manufacturing industries is essential.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and process optimization tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and redesign production systems.
• Ability to work effectively under changing and challenging conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: On-site

Salary: $84,000.00 to $105,000.00
