Human Resources Associate [3910]

Faith-based organization seeks a permanent Human Resources Associate to provide administrative and HR support to the Director.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for staff and office visitors, greeting and welcoming visitors into the office space.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by processing new hire paperwork and terminations.
• Handle benefit enrollment. 
• Create jobs while coding classifications into the HRIS system.
• Maintain electronic timesheet system.
• Prepare documents for payroll processing.
• Input confidential information into HRIS system.
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines effectively.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Ability to maintain confidential documents and records.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Exemplary judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of administrative or HR experience.

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year.
