Key Responsibilities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
5+ years of experience in HR management
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and employee relations effectively
PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
