Hot Line Cook at Little Tree Sushi Bar

Are you a highly skilled and motivated cook with a passion for Asian cuisine? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment? If so, we have an immediate opening for a Hot Line Cook at Little Tree Sushi Bar!

Little Tree Sushi Bar is Southeast Michigan’s premier destination for both Pan Asian and Asian Fusion delights. We offer a fresh, creative, and consistent array of selections from across the Asia-Pacific region. Of note are traditional dishes from Japan, Thailand, and the Philippines. Favorites include fresh Gyoza Pot Stickers, Spicy Chiang-Rai Eggplant, and a delightful Chicken and Pork Adobo.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of hot food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Line Cook or similar role
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques preferable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail and quality
