Perform initial assessments and create customized care plans
Conduct caregiver skill checks and ongoing supervision visits
Ensure accurate documentation using a company-provided tablet
Collaborate with our care team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care
Active NJ RN license (required)
1+ year of nursing experience (home care or geriatric preferred, but not required)
Supervisory experience (6+ months ideal but not required)
Strong communication skills and reliable transportation
Passion for supporting seniors and promoting their independence
