HC Constructors, a leading heavy civil contractor based in New Jersey, is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair heavy construction equipment (excavators, backhoes, bulldozers, etc.)
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Maintain service records and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently
Work both in the shop and in the field as needed
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
CDL or equipment certifications a plus
Ability to track, document and report on on going projects
