About the Role:

We’re building the next-generation influencer-driven distribution platform—where viral content meets real commerce. Our focus is on beauty and fragrance, combining influencer marketing with in-house distribution to launch, scale, and dominate across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and major retailers. We're looking for a powerhouse leader to build and run the influencer agency side of the business from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to join at inception. You’ll build, lead, and scale an influencer marketing division with direct access to products, fulfillment, retail relationships, and capital. The goal? Execute creative, effective influencer campaigns that drive measurable sales—and do it at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build the Agency from Scratch: Develop the influencer division’s entire operational structure, SOPs, and team infrastructure. You’re not inheriting a playbook—you’re writing it.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead high-performing influencer campaigns from concept to analytics. Focus on performance, virality, and sales across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and lead a full team including campaign managers, coordinators, creators, and editors.
  • Brand Partnerships: Own relationships with beauty and fragrance brands. Pitch, close, and retain clients. Align campaigns with measurable business goals.
  • Creative Direction: Work closely with our in-house content and design teams to ideate high-impact content that feels native yet performs commercially.
  • Platform Expertise: Leverage deep platform knowledge to ensure we’re ahead of every trend and using every tool TikTok, Instagram, and Amazon make available.
  • Data-Driven: Use insights to iterate, optimize, and scale campaigns. Build systems that make influencer performance measurable and repeatable.

You won’t be starting from zero—we’ve already established the pipeline. This gives you a significant head start in campaign execution and roster development within the fragrance category.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in influencer marketing, with at least 3-5 years running or scaling a full-service influencer agency or division.
  • Strong experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury verticals —knows the pace, pressure, and aesthetics of these industries.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—especially for product-centric campaigns.
  • Proven ability to build SOPs, teams, and internal processes in a fast-growth environment.
  • Track record of closing and growing brand relationships —you know how to pitch, land, and expand.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategic decisions.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid model of performance and creative work . You don’t just make pretty campaigns—they convert.
