**Job Title: Blanchard Grinder Operator** **Job Description** We are looking to add a Machine Operator to our Grinding Department. Machine Operators are responsible for operating and managing machinery, maintaining quality control, and supporting overall plant operations. This role ensures all production tasks are completed according to safety and quality standards and requires strong attention to detail and commitment to process adherence. Machines in the Grinding Department include Blanchard Grinders and Disk machines. **Responsibilities** + Operate and manage machinery in the Grinding Department. + Maintain quality control throughout the production process. + Support overall plant operations and ensure all tasks are completed according to safety and quality standards. + Adhere to process guidelines and safety protocols. **Essential Skills** + At least 2 years of experience operating a Blanchard Grinder. + 1-2 years of experience operating a Disk machine. + Proficiency in machine operation, metal finishing, and grinding. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Sheet metal work and fabrication skills. + Polishing skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience within Manufacturing Metal Machining is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a dedicated team committed to quality and safety in a supportive and dynamic work environment. Employees are expected to follow safety protocols and adhere to a standard dress code appropriate for a manufacturing setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Benicia, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
