We're seeking a Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee two high-performing Starbucks licensed stores in the Nashville market.

This IS a role where you'll :

• Drive revenue across two locations
• Lead team members through your direct reports and store management teams
• Serve as both hands-on General Manager and strategic overseer of another location
• Transform operational data into actionable strategies that increase productivity, profitability, and performance
• Build bench strength by developing tomorrow's leaders today

This ISN'T :

• A corporate desk job with occasional store visits
• A position where "good enough" meets our standards
• A role for managers who prefer maintaining status quo over driving growth

What You Bring to the Partnership

Non-Negotiables :

• 5+ years progressive retail / restaurant management experience
• 2+ years successfully managing multiple units (preferred)
• Proven ability to read P&Ls and translate numbers into action
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations (50% travel)
• Flexibility to work when the business needs you (yes, weekends and holidays)

Game-Changers :

• Starbucks or licensed store experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
• Track record of developing managers who get promoted
