Job Title: Frac Operator

Location : Texas (Western)

Pay Rate: $27–$30/hour (Negotiable)

Job Summary:
As a Frac Operator, you will be a key contributor to hydraulic fracturing operations at the well site. You’ll operate and maintain specialized equipment, assist with rig-up and rig-down, and ensure all tasks are performed safely and efficiently in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate frac equipment including pumps, blenders, sand units, and high-pressure iron.
• Support rig-up and rig-down activities at job sites.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and perform basic maintenance.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete operations safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or operational issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Mentor junior crew members when needed.

Experience:

• 3 years operating frac equipment (e.g., Superpod, PCM, Frac Cat, CCC pumps).
• Hands-on experience in rig-up/rig-down and pressure pumping operations.
