We are growing our Finance team and are actively seeking finance professionals at all levels—from entry-level analysts to experienced finance managers. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing environment where you'll contribute to the financial stewardship and strategic success of our organization, particularly within family office and private equity settings.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Specific duties will vary by role, but may include:

• Financial Operations: Manage and support daily financial transactions, general ledger activity, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly close processes.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, management presentations, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, vendor and client relationships, payment cycles, and resolution of financial discrepancies.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to financial planning activities including budget development, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable financial regulations and policies.
• Strategic Finance & Leadership: For experienced professionals, lead financial initiatives, support strategic investment decisions, and manage teams or cross-functional projects to improve financial outcomes.
