Job Title: Executive Assistant (Virtual)

Compensation: $8–$10/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Must be available to work during the client hours
About the Role
We're looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant (Virtual) who can think one step ahead, communicate clearly, and bring structure and order to a fast-paced work environment. You’ll work closely with an entrepreneurial leader and act as their right hand—anticipating needs, organizing priorities, and keeping things running smoothly.
This is not just a task-oriented role; we're looking for someone who can think like the person you support, understand their preferences and priorities, and execute with confidence and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
Organize and prioritize tasks, emails, and meetings
Draft and respond to emails and other communications with excellent English
Conduct research, create reports, and support project coordination
Keep track of deadlines and ensure follow-through on key items
