We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Specialist to join our Houston team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing both internal and client-facing events, ensuring each one aligns with our brand vision and delivers exceptional value. Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of events, including logistics, timelines, and budgets

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to execute seamless event experiences

  • Conduct site visits, manage setup and breakdown, and ensure on-site event success

  • Track and report event metrics, feedback, and areas of improvement

  • Research new trends and incorporate creative ideas to enhance event quality

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software is a plus
