Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Specialist to join our Houston team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing both internal and client-facing events, ensuring each one aligns with our brand vision and delivers exceptional value. Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of events, including logistics, timelines, and budgets
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to execute seamless event experiences
Conduct site visits, manage setup and breakdown, and ensure on-site event success
Track and report event metrics, feedback, and areas of improvement
Research new trends and incorporate creative ideas to enhance event quality
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software is a plus
