In this role, you will support various aspects of event planning, execution, and follow-up, ensuring that every detail aligns with our clients' expectations and our company standards. Responsibilities: * Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish. * Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event execution. * Help with venue selection and logistics management, including transportation and setup. * Prepare event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage. * Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for events. * Conduct market research to identify potential venues and vendors. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communication, or a related field is preferred. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software. * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
