Email Marketing Specialist- Marketo Long term contract Remote- Prefer EST/CST location! MUST be available for 6 hours between 9am CT and 5pm CT (Monday-Friday) Our client is the leading job site in the world, with millions of unique visitors every month. They are in the middle of moving their email platform from Marketo to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced. This individual will be part of an email team that supports a number of internal marketing partners including country marketing, enterprise marketing and product marketing. Through a ticketing system, this person will be responsible for building standard, templatized email campaigns as well as tailored, made-to-order programs. Other duties include working with a team on building demand generation and nurture email programs. Marketo is the main platform you will be working in, but if you have an appetite to learn an additional email platform down the road, that would be great! Projects range from 5-15 emails at any given time in various stages! Must be a detail-oriented problem-solver with great communication skills and a "get it done" attitude. Responsibilities: Build, execute, and maintain email campaigns Create and edit email and landing page content Q/A all aspects of emails (copy, links, tracking, UX, etc.) prior to sends Build email lists based on segmentation requirements Track and report results from email campaigns Run A/B tests, conduct analysis of results, and optimize based on findings Project management support and communication for assigned campaigns Requirements : 2+ years work experience working and building emails in Marketo Marketo Certified/Adobe Marketo Engage Expert certification is a plus Proficiency setting up webinar, ebook, and email marketing campaigns Some experience building multi-touch and nurture programs Project Management Software is a must- preferably Asana Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience troubleshooting data and marketing automation issues Experience with testing and email deliverability tools like Litmus HTML, CSS, SQL, and technical knowledge are a plus Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills #LI-Remote
